The Body is the Way is a 15-day somatic practice journey designed to help you reconnect with your nervous system in a way that is gentle, grounded, and deeply transformative.

This isn't about another technique to master or another state to achieve. This isn't about pushing through or forcing yourself into feeling better.

It's about slowly rebuilding a relationship of trust with your own body, and in doing so, creating real, embodied, lasting change, the kind that doesn't require you to maintain it through constant effort.

  • Each of the 15 lessons includes a short teaching, one brief guided practice, and simple reflection prompts to help you integrate as you move forward in this journey.
